Richy has decided to run a sale on bats and gloves for your tournament since it is the last tourney of the season for us. We would very much appreciate it if you would share only the two attachments of the sales listed above with those coaches/parents/other interested parties that you might have email addresses for or if each of the coaches who probably have parent’s email addresses, maybe they can pass on to parents. If anyone is in need of a new bat or glove, this is their opportunity to save some money, maybe even a Christmas or birthday present. Please express to them that we do take cash, credit cards, and team checks. If they are looking to save the most, cash will be the cheapest price as they can eliminate the credit card fees. This should help with sales, hopefully, and should increase your pay back.
Also we would appreciate it if you can give us a time that the gates will be open in the morning so we can get set up early & also a time that the first games will start so we can be prepared for customers/players as they enter.
I’m using the email address off the usssa.com website, so hope you get this. Please let me know if you did get it and if you are able to send the attachments.

Hello all,
The Halloween Bash will now start at 1000 am due to the cold conditions. Be sure to check the new times on the USSSA website. No changes in the format of the games.

Just a few details!!
We will be having a costume contest. There will be a winner at every age group. Your team can do just about anything, they just have to be safe to play softball and include player number. If every team can email or text me what there team will be that would be great! (I wont tell!! LOL)
New this year, we will be doing a scavenger hunt. There will also be winners at every age bracket! More details to come!!
